  • How do I reset my password? Currently, password resets need to be handled manually. Contact us at flora@squareone.house with your username, and we'll help you reset your password.
  • I am not receiving verification email If you're not receiving your email verification, please write to flora@squareone.house using the same email address you used to sign up, and we'll activate your verification manually.
  • Can I export my reading data? Yes! FLORA provides data export functionality in your settings page. You can export both your reading activities and library data.
  • Is my reading data private? Absolutely. Your reading data is private by default. You control what information is visible and can adjust privacy settings in your account.
  • How does the reading streak work? Reading streaks count consecutive days of reading activity. Here's how it's calculated: (1) Any day you log reading activity (using the stopwatch or adding manual activities) counts toward your streak. (2) The streak increases by 1 for each consecutive day with reading activity. (3) We provide a 4-day freeze buffer - if you miss 1-4 days, your streak won't break, but it won't increase either. (4) Missing 5 or more consecutive days will reset your streak to 0. (5) The system checks your streak daily and updates it automatically based on your reading activities.
